Just an old abandoned project of mine using C-Script(A6)



The idea is the movie Juon The Grudge or the Ring and so on(you know, those scary japanese ghost movie)...

I'm having problem with the audio, just cant find the right sounds for the ghost and sound effects...

Well...I just want to share anyway...

Thanks for the replies, tempted me to continue the project again grin

@Cowabanga: Thanks for the link, another reason to continue the project again...

I tried to use texture projector from XD1v0(man, your name is really hard to remember) applied to the level but it kills the frame rate.
Maybe I'll have to use model instead of level, since level doesnt support LOD(so I can use normal vertex lightning but dynamic resolution)...

Base a game on a movie you dont own the rights to, and thats going to happen.

BUT, it doesnt mean theirs will be good. (check writeups on "Evil Dead: Hail to the King")

And it doesnt mean yours is bad, or will fail.

I reckon you should pick it back up, change a few names and run with it.
Yes your modelling is a bit noob, thats just practice, but the FEEL and the
LOOK of the limited You-Tube youve done shows you really have a feel for designing a spooky level.
Thats something you cant easily learn, you got it or you aint.
