huhu,
i am frustraded as more as i thought! I cant figure out this complete big story!
First, I tried to use the MDL7! Exporter for Blender!
The Result: WTF Model
I dont want to make sharp edges or something like that!
I make very smooth edges on my models!
How can i export Models on Blender to 3d GameStudio without LOOSING quality? Even on MD7 ,i get quark models, which look like very low low low Models!

IF it can be made not better,THEN, which Software allows ME to export to 3dgamestudio WITHOUT ANY kind of LOOSING qualitiy?

huh? you mean like subsurf or subdivision modifiers? todays hardware cant handle that huge amount of polygons. Your model will export exactly the faces you build on it.

I don't think I understand what you mean, exactly. Could you show us a screenshot of your model in Blender, and one imported into MED and saved as .md7? It does sound like you are using smoothing tools of some sort (I don't use Blender), but those specific smoothing techniques are not supported on exporting, so they are ignored...leaving you with your original 'unsmoothed' mesh.
