Is it possible to create a player script where the player is a physical object?
I tried it, but my player tumbled down every time
How can i do it so, that the player don't tumble down every time??

This is a fatal fault. DO NOT use physics for the player movement.

Is there a better way to simulate player physics than the simple tracing methode?

The Internet is full of answers, even to never asked questions! laugh

Well.... actually, no. Not really. All player gravitiy codes work with c_trace in some way.
There are ways to use the physics engine, as darkinferno said, tough... He just doesnt want to tell us. wink
afaik, the basic method is to reset the players angles every frame by disabling the physics for one frame, setting the angles back, and that enabling the physics again. BUt this has a certain effect on the frame rate tough.
