You could consider using a pro 3D modeling program like XSI Mod Tool. At the moment, it's free for game model export. It comes with links to some good video tutorials built in, and you can find many more on the web.
XSI Mod Tool download page

You can do all your modeling and animation in XSI, export in .fbx format, then simply import it into MED, and save it as a .mdl.

Hello,
I can do animation of my models now in xsi. But I want to be able to do then in med. I need a tut or some think that will help me to do Vertex Animation in MED. There must be some thing out there.

Export from XSI to Med as FBX format? that should include the bones aswell, unless the XSI mod has no FBX support tongue

Thank you Enduriel, but I know that, what I want to do is to use Vertex Animation in MED. I am not sure how you would move the models parts around with out messing then up.
