I see that two of my favorite games on the Amiga have been remade in 3D for the PC:
Wings of Fury Cannon Fodder (under the name OPERATION: INVASION EVASION).
Since immersive graphics weren't available, a lot more effort went into gameplay when those were current. That is the case with many other Amiga games that could be reprogrammed in 3D--a good source of inspiration if you're looking for game ideas.
There is a great and free Amiga emulator, AmiKit, but many of the best games were on copyrighted and protected discs that are not easily converted to image files for the PC, even if you own the originals.
Is it legal to remake an old game, and by remake i mean like recreate the same maps, enemies, bosses etc. Only using different names, graphics and add some extra stuff
The more you have.. the more you can lose... Dont tell em all you know.....
