xwcg, instead of laughing at him you could also help him....-.-

you can check for a virus with anti virus software, do a search on google and buy one. (mcafee is good)

A very nice and free anti-virus program is AVG.

If you don't necessarily have a preference for virus protection software, give AVG a try.

Nortan Anti-Virus is the best Scans emails everything, its saved me from at least 10 viruses (since I got it after I got a virus ). You should be able to pick one up at your local computer store.

I use Norton Antivirus. But I have also heard many good things about Sophos, maybe you should try this too.

i personally use norton, just becasue of free yearly updates. McAffe doesnt do that but its better. It once cleaned my machine from over 700 viruses. Well, did not xactly saved me, i already had every single one of them
But it cleaned it up! It had some problems with other viruses though, so i spend most of my time getting rid of viruses by hand, i call it AMIGO-FREESTYLE
lol.
Anyways, what i would suggest, is go 2 ur task manager, and look for suspicious tasks. Usually they would use a lot of resources.. ram/cpu. But sometimes they dot really bother doing that, and bringing users attention to them. Sorry for this essay
lol. Just find suspicious tasks, and go on google, look it up, and c 4 urself. Then its Cleaning-Time!!!

Tim a.k.a. Amigo

That's some sound advice there Vete...
Especially if you don't have a firewall... it can help make sure you don't have any RATs running in the background (Remote Access Trojans) or any keyloggers.

Just make sure you know what you are closing before you do so though.
