I want to apply the mtl_uvspeed to a block (imported from fbx) inside my level but it doesn't work at all ... I assign the material inside WED . my best guess is because the parameters doesn't get updated but I have no idea how to ? or should I use a different way of getting uv animation ? and so, witch ?
No, AFAIK you cannot change texture coordinates of blocks. Save your blocks as a separated file, build it and import it as a map entity. This could work (but I am not sure). mtl_uvspeed works fine on models, though.
