is there a way to copy animation frame so that i can reuse them?

Yep, open sf_women.mdl which is on the Program Files\GStudio7\templates\models directory. when open it then go to edit > manage frames .

click stand 6 and click add frames button. u can change source frame, which is u want to use its copy. example i select stand 3 and hit ok. stand 7 is already stand 3 just name changed.
