hi friends,
it seems to me that when a body is falling downword
it's behavier is not proper.Actually is downing very slowly and with
a constant velocity which is impossible.
what to do now??

In my experience, objects do accelerate but maybe more slowly than you would expect.

Increase gravity and decrease damping. If you are touching a surface, decrease friction.

Use phent_getvelocity and measure the speed (vec_length) of the result. If you are accelerating it should change over time.

FYI: Real gravity will accelerate an object at 32 feet per second per second. This means that every second an object will falll another 32 feet further than the last time. Over short distances this is almost impossible to see. I don't know if GS-PE or Newton's PE includes this force, but if not I am sure you are able to implement this....

i.e increase the accelerated downward force by 32' x 12" x 2.54mm = 975.36mm per second...or more accurately over that entire second.....

As for working that out according to the gravity formula....(–9.81 * 100 / 2.54)....no idea....lol

hope thats not completely useless...

Hmm , from your style of messages I think your real name is Yogesh(you were a member way back in the A5 forum) , ok anyway
Objects do accelerate, but to observe this you need a good drop height , 4 - 5 feet wont do, you should as said before try atleast 32 feet , which is impractical. I think the best solution you have is to increase the gravity vector, ok so it will not be quite like earths gravity but you will see the acceleration for shorter distances.

Just a theory, but if you go to Add or Remove Programs, the install is named "3D GameStudio / A6 Trial"
It stays that way even after running the reg key and after updates, for example, About WED: "GameStudio Pro 6.22.0 / WED V6.243"
But in XP, the install name is still "3D GameStudio / A6 Trial"

just having some fun, trying to learn the scripting it's kicking my but,
