It would help if we know what you can do. If you have just picked up the software and you are learning the very basics of what you're doing, then chances are nobody will want to work with you :\

It is a good idea to join a team and get some experience, but if you don't know anything about making games yet I'd suggest you learn something like modelling or scripting. Then you should try to join a team. Otherwise you'll just be a burden to any team you join.

If you DO have experience making models, scripts, or textures, just ignore me. tongue

he is never online so asking him questions is like asking a wall to script for you. it just wont happen.

expirience is a good idea, but if no-one even knows anything about how good you are, then they'll never ask you. they'll ask the wall

What are you talking about? Who's "he" in your first line? What do you mean when you say that people will "ask the wall"?

Also if somebody wants to show how experienced they are in something, all they have to do is demonstrate their ability. And in this case that's not a hard thing to do.

he means the thread starter only made one post and is never online, also, experience or not, i dont mind having someone join my team, we have ALOT of other repetitive and boring stuff for them to do, lol, such as converting videos to tgas and such, mostly image editting but, with no experience an rep, trust becomes an issue, the greatest problem is having team members who arent motivated
