Umm, you don't even have to have a studio name, but you can make one up. For the site, if you want a free site, go to Webs.com or Smfforfree.com.

one more question... if i want the game trademarked/copyrighted, would i have to do legel stuff or can i just declare it copyright by my studio?

No problem, and if you want to get it copyrighted, you have to contact a copyrighting office. You can say it is copyrighted, but if you really don't have one, and someone steals your work, you can't sue them.

if you want to set up a free website use microsoft , webs is horrible and will spam the hell out your visters , microsoft has no banner ads like webs , and offers 10 times the storage and many other pluses
