Maybe they use a human base that is already done and modify it to suit as well as the skins.

Using animations for another model is not allowed, but you allowed to modify max model and add more animations for this model only. Unfortunatelly we do not do custom animations. Bones are imported fine in MDL format which is included
why is that? it just doesnt seem to add up to me, i mean, if my game has 10 different characters and i buy a model with some anims, i still have to animate the other 9 seperately or pray you release a model pack that just happens to fit the other 9 then all models display a different level of animation quality... why cant i use your anims for other characters? because then it wont show that it was done by dexsoft? cant we put credits saying 'done by dexsoft'? i mean.. i'd try and buy this if i had more freedom with what i bought, am sure you have your reasons however

This is probably only a misunderstanding.
You are not allowed to transfer animations to another model in the case that you create another model pack for sale. But if you do it within your game project then everything is fine. That is, what our models and textures are made for. You can change our textures, create model-variations, whatever, as long as you don't sell it as a competing model pack.

What how can you transform animation from model to model???!!! I meen it must be the same model becose every model has other vertex, faces, bones and whatever. Do you have a prgramm for that?
