Hi, i'm doing a car racing game, so I have a model with a lot of textures wich works as terrain to drive in. The problem is that the engine gives me error in some textures: "xx.pcx bad file format". I've tried to delete all textures and then add them one by one, so i could find the problem. After adding some textures without engine errors, when I add one more, It gives me error on a texture that previously worked right, and if I delete these texture and add another It gives me an error on another texture wich worked perfectly before! How can i fix this problem?

How much textures you have? How do you add this textures? (MED,SED...)

I have aprox. 180 textures. These textures are extern textures from the map model.mdl

At a model you only can have 8 Textures. Why so much ??

Only 8 textures? In older versions of GS it worked perfectly.

I make the terrain in wed and after i export it to -mdl, so it has a lot of textures

Maybe the extension ".pcx" no work try to change the extension with photoshop to bmp 24 bits.

Are you using any shaders for the terrain?
if yes,then you should check the manual,cause terrain shaders had maps limits.

but if i change the extension when i export to mdl the enginge converts automatically all the textures to pcx.
