hi there..
I don´t know where to put this correctly.. so.. i´m sry if this is the worng place..
Ok.. Questions:
1. if my skin has a black background color ( 24Bit no alpha ), and i set the OVERLAY flag to the model. How can i get away that black outlines around the sprites?
2. When i use a 32Bit TGA with Alpha Channel instead of that black background, the Sprites are all shown overlayed ( as if they are all at the same position ). i cann look through the first 5 rows.. the rows behind are cutted..etc.. Any way to fix that, so the front row is shown in front of every sprite behind...?

problem 2 is shown best here: The front row of the cornfield is the greatest part invisible, and i can look through nearly every line ( that makes it look accurate... Normally, the frontrow should stay in front of all rows and hide them.. but it doesn´t.

the corn isn´t created via script. it´s model based ( via skin ).. So.. there´s no layer XD

Individual polygons of a model are not sorted, so it won't work unless you're using a shader that writes to the ZBuffer.
