Hi,

Using WED, I made something as taught in the tutorial (A simple house and added textures) and built it with no problems, but when I try to run it this is what I get on loading screen with the lite C A7 logo on it (I think It's the engine!):
--------------------------------------------------
Mouse found
Speakers (High Definition Audio Device) opened
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS pure T&L device 1ff9 detected
Loading ROOM_TWO.WMB ..... .....
<flags=^SHOW;>
ROOM_TWO.WMB 4:2 ():Flag unknown SHOW

<>
ROOM_TWO.WMB 0:1 syntax error -
.
Startup failure - any key to abort

--------------------------------------------------

I'm guessing it's something stupid but I can't fix it. would someone pls help me with this ? laugh

I think you have to set the flag 'SHOW' with 'flags2 = SHOW' not with 'flags = SHOW'.

Hope this helps laugh

@JXT: That is nonsens. flags = SHOW is right!
But the Showflag you can use only for the newer Versions.

@Joudax: You have the pro Version as i can see in your profile. Update to the newest Version (if you can wink ) and that works with the Showflag. This old Versions also have a lot of Bugs...

@Widi: just looked in one code

Code:
ENTITY* sky_1 =
{
 	type = "sky_1.tga";
 	flags2 = SKY | DOME | SHOW;
}

...and thought you can only set SHOW with flags2 ^^ Sry 4 this...

Yes, i forgot the Skyflags. But all other use the flags...

But that is not the problem here, he use a old version that don`t know "SHOW".
