does anyone else here use Wings3D?

It is a great 3D modeller.

i learned to use it rather quickly.

Yes, I do use it. It's pretty awesome and the best part is UV mapping.

It has a waaaay more simpler interface than Blender, I've never figured out how to use Blender (Maybe because I'm just too lazy to read their tutorials )

And the secret in the whole program is... Right-Click.

most of my models are made in Wings 3D
this is a great and the best tool for modeling.
you can just look some up I made and I think it has some realy good function.

Is it adequate to get your feets wet? I don't know anything about modeling and I even don't have a talent for this, I guess. Would you recommend it for a start and some simple objects?

it's a good tool for sure,but I think it's a little bit LIMITED.

i used the you tube lowpoly castle tut, and worked from there

and BTW, that is the best 3D model i have ever made

i´m using Wings3D for 2 Days now...

And i was positively surprises.. It´s very easy.. fast to learn and quick in workflow..

AND NO.. the Black/White is wanted!

It is a great little program for what it is. Nice that it has fbx and obj. I been using it for awhile. Has a nice uv mapper too.
