again i am screwing with non-stadard lite-c code
i got alot of thigs i want

1 a way to get desktop/computer location
2 desktop image (i can get the HBITMAP but cant convert it to bmap


here is a try fir the desktop location but i dont seem to be able to register this

all i get is a empty pointer
