I didn't find a way to include it, so I use only fbx export - without problems.
Just don't rotate the model when it got animations in the export options, but rotate it later in MED by Transform Global.

That's why it pisses me off that the plugin doesn't work with the current blender version. MED doesn't import my models right, (no matter whether it's fbx, obj or 3ds, and YES, I've checked every single mesh, face and vertice and their normals, they're perfectly fine in blender) half my meshes are inverted. And I really don't want to invert every mesh in MED by hand, just because it decided not to act the way it should.

Did you mirror them in blender?
Look for "Show Normals" or similar in blender to see whether the faces actually show to the right side.
(But let's discuss such issues in a blender thread in tools.)

Sorry, missed the "normals".

Two suggestions:

A.) Did you make a row of tests with simple models?
Export a cube just with a uv map to MED, then export something where you use one of the tools you used for your complex model, and so on...

B.) Load up the model (without textures, they most probably aren't needed) - PM a link to me and I'll have a look whether it works on my system.
