SSAO 0.6 is now code complete. It is now 21% faster* (avg.) than v0.52. So cool.
Release is coming soon.
*Overhead in ms

Hey ho, If have got a little problem with your SSAO solution ): The model gets black with a red outline... I am not using any shaders, but the model is not closed (and done in realtime). Anything I have missed?

You need proper normals for the model. They are used for the bilateral upscaling and smart blurring. I don't know exactly why you get always zero AO terms, but it could be related to it.
