maybe someone knows how those numbers are related and how i can set up a formula to calculate b from a, or b from a ?? i am totally blind

a -> b
360 -> 90
180 -> 180
120 -> 270
90 -> 360

Err..well...Just numbers couldn't be related imo, just like 9 is 3 x 3 but what do you mean exactly? You cant calculate 90 from 360

But if you are asking for forumulas of things like triangles, there are those relations, of course.

well, of course i can create formulas for each of those numbers, but not one formula which works for all. that is my problem.

what exactly do you mean by things like triangles in this context? how is 120 and 270 related in a triangle the same way like 180 and 180 ??

I thought you could mean things like that in a triangle if you are adding all those angles you are always getting 180°.

But I think I don't get the point

Where did you get these numbers from? What's the context? Why do you need a formula?

i am getting those numbers while using an internal object of another program. say, the program gives me a 90 when i input 360 and so on. and to be able to mimic that behaviour i need the secret formula...

(Are you doing an online riddle? Just curious.)

the function is

f = 32400/x


because:

a / 270 = 120
a = 270*120
a = 32400

test:

32400 / 320 = 90
32400 / 90 = 320
32400 / 120 = 270
