What do you want from your database? Are you looking for an SQL or no-SQL database?
Do you need save transactions?!
We can recommend you things better when you tell us more about your needs.

Database should conserve data like player accounts, statistics but also data about game world, buildings blocks. Game will be a little bit similar to Minecraft. So it should be SQL db.
I am thinking about ORACLE, it is fastest according to what some people say...

Oracle is a company, not an Database. And you might want to use something different than an Oracle product like MySQL as they do some pretty evil stuff atm.
MariaDB for example is an open fork of MySQL made by the developer who originally designed MySQL for SUN. Its also a little bit faster than MySQL atm.

I know that oracle is a company and oracle database 11g express edition is their free product laugh
But I will take a closer look to that MariaDB. Is there any other free and still fast database good for online games?
