have any one made a RTS yet with this engine? A7 or A8 etc if so can i see some images please?

We are making a RTS & looking at game engines at the moment, how hard is the programming on A7 & A8 against unity / UDK / Torque etc?

I know it depends on your skills etc, but still please compare.

Top of my head, as someone who's got a bit of coding experience but only a couple of months with this engine - I can already think of a few ways to do it. As for how it looks... that all comes down to your models and/or texturing, I'd say. The engine itself would be more than capable.

I'm not really a skilled pathfinding or RTS developer, but it took me one 1,5 evenings to create a "fully" working and fast RTS base code (unit selection and dynamic pathfinding for hundreds of moving units):

I was on T3D, but they are down. Now i seek another engine to make my RTS on, however.

I don't know A7 & A8 since i am no programmer.

I am currently developing an unique RTS game. some info can be found here on my site http://y2kstudio.com/ (please note! my forum is still in dev phase. will be ready soon, as also some other stuff on site.

Remember, any experience programmer are welcome to join us.

In the AUM resourche there is a small tutorial about
C&C game desing. It's created in A6 but i am sure it can be used in other versions with some changes.

I think someone allready changed it to a later version code
but i am not sure who it was.

Tried that workshop, it's actually not very good. :\

I'm working on my own RTS, I want it to be like Starcraft. I don't have much to show as I'm *still* working on the pathfinding, but it's coming along fine.
