after some hours of debugging, I found the shader error. luckily the debugging work had also some benefits (as nearly always).

Yes, the Trashcan will be filled with a bit more trash, to get an "completely full" look.
AO will be baked if the model itself is finished.

I think the indentations on the can sides and the cap look very flat.

Yes, the indentations are flat. Theyre just painted. The Depth will come with the Normalmap.
