Has anyone seen this before? I downloaded a model (It was actually the player model from the hitman game). It worked fine. I animated the model, it continued to work fine. I reskinned it, and now this is what I'm seeing. It's almost like there's some transparency going on - You can see through some of the polygons, notice the areas around the hands and neck. I'm really not sure what's happening or why... Any thoughts? When I changed the skin I exported to BMP, changed it, and imported. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the issue.

You are probably using alpha is skin, export it into .pcx and then import back (in gimp change it to 24 bit).

Go to MED -> Edit -> Manage Skins -> Skin Settings -> Texture Format -> 24-bit
