Hey,

I'm able to speak german - but as i can also work in an english team this post is in english

I'm a programmer for over ten years now and developed several programs like GED, EasyParticle 1-3.1 and LED.

At the moment i'm searching for any kind of unpaid programming jobs, which makes fun (to be honest: I would love to help a little bit out on an Shooter laugh ).
Please refer to "other information" where you can read more about disadvantages of hiring me laugh

(information is copied from another thread)
Programming experiences:
  • Programming Languages:
    • Very Good (+5 Years experience): C++, C, Lite-C, ABAP
    • Can work with them (1 Year): Delphi, C#, PHP
    • Basic Knowledge (<1 Year): LISP, Scheme
  • Finished Software
  • Further experiences in:
    • Game-Development
      • Pathfinding (A*)
      • Particles
      • Weapon-Codes
      • GUI Design
      • Some more..
    • Software Engineering
    • Specialized Programming topics like
      • Thread programming
      • Multiplatform programming
      • Interprocess Communication
      • Parsing
      • Boost
      • Database development
      • DirectX

What am I searching for
Any kind of game (preferred shooter or rpg). Code must be done in liteC. Game idea must be funny laugh

Other Information
Okay here comes the draw-back laugh I want to finalize LED (a programming Editor for liteC). That's why i'm searching for a funny small project (or big project) where i can do small pieces of code (e.g. weapon system, GUI system, Pathfinding). This has some draw backs for you
  • I will NOT work with normal speed, as i'll try to fix all bugs in led while developing on your code.
  • I will NOT be able to stand to certain time limits
  • I will probably not support your team for longer than two months (as i want to finalize led and not write a complete game laugh )

If you can live with it, i would be happy if you contact me laugh

Before i forget.. another draw back:
As i only developed Software the last four years, my current knowledge of game-engineering is four years old laugh So do NOT expect me to write your Shader, or work with fancy (yeah four years ago it was fancy.. at least for 3D-Gamestudio) bones and physics wink

Though I just want to have fun while developing, so you can give me such a task, but do not expect normal (good) quality tongue

(Writing here because your pm limit is reached..^^)

Hey, if you are interested, you could help me with my IsometricGame,
as some things are more or less just "hacked" into the code.

You could me with the "Engine"-part, because the other functions are (too) simple
(for you).

But, it't not a shooter or something (and it's more: "rework that, I am stupid"),
but maybe you like it laugh
