Can we use the C functions in Lite-C ? For example, I want use the windows API functions on my game but I'm using free version and I don't use C. Are we using headers for this ?

yeah, you can pretty much that. Most winapi functions defined in windows.h, you can include and use them directly. But, idk if free version has a limitation about this.
