Actually, there can be two things for future updates especially for main characters.

First one is, Physic lod for models. For instance; we want to use PH_CONVEX for main character. We can make two characters real one and physic character which is below 256 faces. Physic lod can enter the phsyx, real one act according to physic lod's situation.

Second one is PH_CHAR, PH_CAPSULE hull is not enough, is there any way to expand PH_CHAR's hull to PH_CONVEX.

Yes, you can use pXent_addshape for that, was already mentioned here.

PH_CHAR can not support convex hulls; but as to the Physics LOD suggestion, the simplest method is to create an invisible physics actor, and connect the visible actor to it. It's done this way in most games.
