How can I convert TFT fonts to psx?

you could try Harry Potters Font Generator. It´s a tool to generate Bitmap-Fonts.
You can do this by selecting an installed TTF-Font, add some modifications if needed and save it as BMP or TGA. With a graphics-program you can convert the BMP easily to PCX. But in Gamestudio you can afaik use a BMP-File as Font
