this game reminds me the great work of a Hungarian video blogger, who bought all the cheapest games available in stores, and tested them deeply, so it was basically a worst games ever blog, in a really good style.

Well you can scrap the 4players review anyway because the score is sort of "random". Not that this game really would be decent but it's far from the badness that article tries to make up. I watch Let's Plays of Harald Fränkel (former editor of a big german game magazine) who regularly tortures himself by playing those kind of simulations that suck. That's why I've some insight into that game and while it tends to be boring it's faaar from such a low rating the 4players review gave it. There also have been some developer interviews which made clear that these games are like a 1-2 guys development made in a timeframe of a couple of months...

BTW:
I'm not entirely sure but that "runs hardly on ATI GPUs" comment is simply wrong as far as I know...

Everybody who comes to the games defense. You're probably a nice person. But please download and play the demo. Then we'll talk again.

But don't say I didn't warn you in the first place...

And when you're done go and get the Chirurgie Simulator 2011 which got 40% by the same reviewer and think about what you'd prefer playing and who took the 36% more fun away... grin

BTW:
Oh my god are we actually arguing about which pile of shit tastes better?! grin

You have to take stiffness into account. Good luck.

Funny! I wonder if the developers played the game by themselves smile the graphics are nice, but the game seems to be inspired by "Dr. Bibber":

But nothing beats Trauma Center on Nintendo DS. Too bad that the game turns into a fantasy game with bird like viruses, but the first half is very realistic and challenging to me (for a surgery simulation):
