It would be useful to have the Zorro script and asset selection a little more organised.

Such as having your own folders inside the strategy folder that then allows Zorro to create lists of the scripts or maybe even you could apply that to the assets to be displayed in Zorro for instance to the right via a step out list " " when the mouse is hovering over [ ] such as the below...

[Shorting]
"Short1"
Short2
Short3

[ForexMainPairs]
"GBP/USD"
EUR/USD

Thanks for the suggestion - that makes certainly sense when you have a large number of scripts.

No worries,

Just need Zorro to create a list from any new created folders with scripts in placed in the Strategy folder.

- Scalping
- Breakout
- Daily
- Scripts that need work.

Or whatever folder names the user wishes:

It would be very useful.

Also, i just though of something else wink If you name your scripts with an identifier such as

AUDUSD(30m)(L).c etc etc.

It would be good if Zorro could automatically match this AUDUSD script to the asset AUDUSD as sometimes the wrong asset may be selected in Zorro....

A small button to turn this "matching" feature on or off would be welcome.

Naming the scripts after assets is not necessary - you can use the asset() function for selecting AUD/USD in the script.

I'd still love to see a sub folder in strategies that then reveals a drop down menu in the GUI script selection in one of the next updates. There are to many scripts imo and it would be good to separate to default Zorro examples, to my own area in the menu.

Thanks,

I got in the habit of naming all my scripts with dt- at the beginning; then they all line up together in the list.
