My contribution for the summer contest 2013 was
'Yume RPG Template'.
With 'Yume RPG Template' you will get every needed feature, which could be important for an Asian styled RPG.
During my freetime from college, I am working on this piece of software.
What is my Target?
3D Gamestudio is a really easy development tool (Yume RPG Template/Toolkit) is my first project in game development.
Before that I worked just with RPG Maker 2000.
I want to create a software like Enterbrains RPG Maker, to lead people to 3D Gamestudio.
Now some important things.
This is not the final version of Yume RPG Template. There are still a lot of bugs and many things are not implemented yet.
Existing Features:
- Dialog System - text is scrolling automatically.
- Dialog Choices System - player gets the possibility to answer.
- Shop Menu - for now limited to 9 objects.
- Status Effects like Poison, Blind, Silence...
- Items on the Field or during the battle.
- Equipment
- Skills
- Three active Characters
- Roundbased Battlesystem
- Enter Hero Name
- Riddles
- Level Up System
There are also other helpfull features, which are important for the developer.
But remember - Yume RPG Template is still in development.
I have also written a small and simple Tutorial File.

Yesterday I began to write a new GUI for 'Yume RPG Toolkit'. It is written in C#. You can take a look into the first version.
Next goal here: An Editor for creating Events, NPCs, Hero and Enemy creation.
There is also a presaved Yume RPG Toolkit file. Just load it and try to change the main script.
The VRPG.exe has to be in the Yume RPG Template directory - otherwise it will not work.
