I am working on an ambitious racing game with a "community" of one person (Variety Racing) and I need a decent water shader for the outer portions of the track.

I have the Commercial Edition of 3dgs. However, I have tried several water shaders. Each one makes the water black (an oil tanker crashed ) or completely invisible. Can someone help me find a shader that works?

If you tried any shader around here and everything went black or invisible you should consider buying a shader cappable graphics card before asking any more because most shaders here actually DO work.

Actually, I don't have to. I tried a certain shader just a week ago on here, and it gave beautiful effects. Not in my game, in the sample level. Would the fact that I have the Commercial Edition and not Pro be anything related to the problem?

It works! Thanks.

BTW, I'm just wondering if you can actually produce a mirror image of, for example, the car jumping over the lake (or the cow jumping over the moon ). Or is this a Pro-Edition-Only type thing?
