Alright, so everything has been good animating in MED up until last night. For no reason, the model I've been working with that is rigged 100% fine - that I've been animating with out problems for months - suddenly stopped working properly. When I rotate a bone it moves all the vertices attached to the children but none of the vertices attached to the selected bone I'm rotating. If I wanted to animate a spaghetti monster I'de be happy. But this isn't the case.

There are tools on the bottom of MED when editing bones. You may have changed the method in which the bones behave when moved.

EDIT: Move children / Move Progressive

Tried every single file. Even importing the original FBX. I'm going to reinstall game studio, hopefully that solves the problem.

Complete uninstall/reinstall fixed this. It must have been one of the MED options files or something. My gstudio8 back up folder I copied for some reason didn't back up my modified shader files. YAY! MORE TO DO. I LOVE MY LIFE WEEEEEEEEE
