This is provided for those who are learning the engine, and need an array of assets to use whist learning, but also, to help prototype your game until commercial release.

for commercial usage you can use the shop in a regular way... maybe I try to set my country to Zimbabwe or something out of EU. probably the limitation is because of VAT but it is a very strange solution to deny access from countries without publishing an exact list to read it before shopping, and making customers angry only at checkout.
