The pre-compiled help files, .chm, don't work. I can see the Topics but there are no Contents. E.g. with the Aum or totorial files. This is a big Problem for me, since I need the Information in those files.

just unlock it , by clicking right on it -> properties -> unlock -> ok and reopen it
