Just starting out and can't even get historical data into Zorro. The data is offered here: https://zorro-project.com/download.php
I want to download SPY data so I can test trading program I had written for me. My programmer assumed I could get data myself....
but I can't figure it out

Can someone very simply explain what I put in script...what I put in action...and how I save SPY data and then move it???

Download, and unzip. You put the T6 files in your History folder.

I did....but they don't show up on asset drop down box

Congratulations, you have the data in the right place!

Your drop down is not affected. Hopefully the script you acquired loads the correct asset list upon execution. You can tell by reading the script, and the asset list it loads, if applicable.

You can post the code and I will help you with it.

by the way, if u like add Symbol for Zorro "Session" to DropDown Menu quickly, select Action "Chart" , open history file. done .
