i have a transparent ball model, whenever it moves through or over another transparent .tga sprite. it gets clipped behind it after a certain position.

look at the pictures to see what i mean... there is the ball that black/yellow thing underneath it is a sprite. my problem is that the ball gets clipped behind it but it shouldnt happen.

this also happens when the ball moves through transparent grass sprites... how do i solve this problem? thanks very much!

das allen alpha modellen zuweisen.
modelle mit alpha transparez werden standardmäßig ohne z buffer (=ohne tiefeninformation) gerendert, was zu überlappungen von objekten führt, je nachdem, was zuerst gerendert wird. mit diesem material schaltest du den zbuffer für das objekt ein, was die probleme beheben sollte.

hey danke, jetzt funktioniert es halbwegs -> heisst, wenn der ball die hälft eines solchen sprites passiert hat wird er nicht ordentlich beleuchtet(edit: er ist dann nicht mehr transparent)... ich denke mal das dürfte normal sein...?

benutze dieses material aus der forensuche jetzt:

material right_alpha_mat
