Do you mean dynamic lights?

if it is so, assign "my.light = on; my.lightrange = xxx; (xxx = any number)" to the action of the globe.

dynamic lights are added to the levels through entities during script , so any model can be a dymanic light , just in it's action put my.light=on;my.lightrange=300; and rgb for the color , range is how bright it is.

You have typ it into your script, not into the WED panel. In your script you have to write a passage like that:

Code:
  action globe
{
my.lightrange = 300;
my.light = 1;
}

Than you have to assign this action in the property-window in The WED.
