So you cant modify the models at all ? For instance, if they are in a horror type game , it would violate the EULA to add some blood to the textures in photoshop ?

Absolutely. Do what you want but don't sell it! Don't sell modified versions and don't sell original version, don't sell it at all!

But you can render them, make games, prototypes, artworks, whatever you want. You can sell artworks and games but not the models themselves. We simply hope that you protect them with your game. But nevertheless your customers will not get license. You are our licensees.

Wow , after actually testing the models in gamestudio , I liked the quality so much Im ordering the rest of the ware house model packs , very very nice work. You should really consider doing an indoor pack (furniture, beds,tv , that type of stuff) of the same high quality as your warehouse packs.
