When I click on Preview level I scan see the level but I only see 2 models, the player and a broom, the rest of the models (a couple of hundred) are not visible. How come?

Well, if you send me your PC I'll find that out for you.

Without your PC, I can only give you the hint that if you're missing some models, you should go looking for them. In Windows Explorer open your level folder and see what's inside.

I did ask a serious question, so this answer is not what I expect from a company where maybe I would buy in the near future the Pro Edition.
But with such answers I have to rethink that.

I think its no reason to be angry
But how should jcl know whats wrong with your preview?
I think there are just 2 likely possibilities:
-he knew the problem already, or you made a mistake

Tried to rebuild?

Well, if he knew the problem, why not answer me correctly?
I don't have to rebuild, the level runs just fine.
Only thing is, that when I use the preview button, I don't see all my models.

And yes I get angry when I ask a normal question and gat a reply that stinks.

I don't know the problem, and I don't know what problem you might have with my answer. Why don't you just do as suggested and look in your level folder for the missing models?

If some models are not there without script, obviously in the script is something that makes them visible, like an action, or a path setting. Before purchasing the Pro edition, you should be able to solve simple problems yourself to a certain degree - otherwise you'll waste your money.

I think the problem is that you don't understand me, so here are some pictures to clarify that;

This one is taken while the level is running;

And the following one is taken with the Preview Level button clicked;

Another example, shot taken when level is running;

And at the same place with the Preview Level Button clicked;

So, as you can see the models are not MISSING but they are not SEEN.

Are the models and the map in the same folder?

Now that is an answere that get me somewere. Yes you are right, my models are in an other folder except for the one that is visible.
But how should I know that I have to place my models in the same folder as the level is. There is no mention in the manual for this, therefore I think that;
Preview Level; To start up the engine from WED, and fly through the level.
should read;
Preview Level; To start up the engine from WED, and fly through the level (make sure that your models are in the same folder as the level is).
or something like that. That would prevent such questions like mine.

Its because it runs without a script...
So how should the renderer know where to find the models
its easy, isnt it?
