the gun is looking good. i would suggest you to only do placeholder models right now and try to get a little prototype running as soon as possible. so you can get a feeling whats possible. especially with multiplayer - that is the hardest part if you plan doing it over the internet. have a look at locoweeds tutorials for a simple lan shooter and read other tutorials on how to otpimize it for the net. doing everything out of models is a good idea. look at heelx video http://www.coniserver.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/750276/an/0/page/0#Post750276in this thread. there are a number of ways you can do this. i think icex even supports splitting a huge terrain in several .mdl files after modeling and painting it but iam not shure if it works well with the latest A6. great to follow your progress, keep going!

I really like the concept of a paintball game, because it has a different dynamic that seperates it from your every day FPS. Also, I just love playing paintball . Your models look great so far, and your concept also sounds nice. I dont know if you have gotten this far into the planning yet, but what are you thinking about including for gameplay (IE: Capture the Flag, Total Elimination, Medic, Hunter, ect.) You could really have a lot of fun with this project, because there are so many different ways to play paintball. Ill be looking foreward to seeing how this all comes together. Regards
