Hello!
I have a problem with script to change hertz on start of my game.
I keep my monitor hertz in 1024/768 resolution on 85 but that is not so good once I run my application. My game-camera works better if hertz is lower than 85 and best if it’s 60.
How can I change hertz to 60 on game start?

If you just have this problem at your PC you can set the Herz via your graphics accelerator menu, I'dont know any c-script command doing this. Maybe you can use a dll doing this, but I'dont know any yet.

yeah, you cant do it with c-script. such a feature is not available. only via DLL you can do it

fps_max=60 emulates the 60Hz monitor.


however i'd have a close look at your camera code, it doesn't seem to be framerate independent.

I have managed to solve problem with Resolution changer 3.11 (www.12noon.com). It’s a program that can change width, height, color depth, and refresh rate temporarily or permanently with command line switches and its freeware.
If anyone has similar problem I suggest using it- but its not so elegant or professional solution. (There is also a console edition that I haven’t tried yet).
