Didn't know where to post this.. I get this warning in my PM box:

"You are at or over the max number of private messages each user may have. In order to receive new private messages you will need to delete some of your saved ones."

I keep deleting messages, but it's still there. I now got it down to 321 total messages and still no dice. Up until now, the limit was at 500 total I think.. Did it got lowered?

I think the limit is 100 PMs. But I'm not sure and will check.

Could you please increase it again? Some PMs I'd like to keep and I'd hate to individually back up every one of em.

I had the same problem. Now I have deleted almost all of them.

i have 141 pms and i am still able to receive.

I've seen that the limit is 300 PMs currently. But please keep your PMs well below that limit - we might need to reduce it.

We have about 10,000 forum members, that means 3 Million PMs if everyone would keep them stored on our server. I suggest that you restrict your PMs to the maybe 10 or 20 recently received, and get rid of the rest.

Larry: if 10,000 members give in 5 bucks, they could get new server room.. But I'd use that for the 10gb HDD and keep the rest as "positive addition to the monthly result".
