Looking good so far, but it's still a bit unfinished off course and here and there needs some more work in terms of shape.

Be sure to remove the mirror-line lateron, otherwise you'll keep this straight line across the face when using the model in-engine...

Thanks for the criticism, much appreciated. I'm working from reference yes, and also out of a book, but the book is not very clear, so I left the book alone and working on my own now. Will update when I progressed.

the onlmy major problem i see is the lips ,
search on the web for tutorials on human face and follow accurately the
mouth part.

very good for a first shot
