I made a map in hammer and converted it to WED, fine, textures are fine everything is great!

But if i want to convertit back to Hammer using WED, all textures are lost, i mean, their aligment, textures become out of place..

Is there a way to lock textures and convert it back to hammer?
Is the .map file of WED too different from the hammer's .map?
Is this a commercial way to supress hammer's usage?

I really need to edit a map in Hammer because the lack of tools in WED, but i cant have texture aligmnent lost that way

Thanks.
