The dull movement won't be a promblem as it is said before in this topic all can be changed. I might give some options in game menu for it Dull movement or arcade movement
about the shore it has a twirling motions i know the movie is compressed for internet play so if you look close you se it does.

For now i play the demo stuff with a controller. There is an option for keys and controller. I can always add mouse later if needed.

also fraps skips somehow sometimes frames thats why it looks sometimes if the moveent is abrubt

keep you informed.

You could improve the shore if you write the normal-vector of the polygon under the shortline in an extra bitmap and use the direction of the normal to shift the shore.

I'm impatient for some demo Realspawn !

It reminds me the golden age of 3D games
on Saturn,PSOne there were lot of great 3D games :
action(Syphon filter on psone) or adventure
(silent hill) ,RPG and others original !

Perhaps they didn't have an incredible introduction, but they were so fun and enjoyable
Today this style of original , enjoyable / fun games are not a lot and are missing, hopefully nintendo is trying to bring back real entertainment
(even if for lof of WII games controls are not precise or not good enought)

i am aiming for the arcade feeling. Grpahic eye candy is cool but gameplay should be even better. At most games nintendo understands that best

hahahhahaa Good to hear also and i agree totally !

I own a Nintendo DS and some times i spend lot of time hooked by some
simple but addictive games, even classic ones like platforms or others ...
For example : caraiban pirates 3 : a simple combat/platform game
have addicted me, even if repetitive, the levels,animations,3D actions are great
on the DS !

In fact once you get the game fun and running with all menus,missions in the future , you will be able to refine textures graphics ,effects :
it can be a good incremental method for smal teams or lonewoelves in indie market

And a lot of small games , even great 3D ones are selled on indie market !
I hope you will inspire lot of people here :
make something running from scratch and refine if needed later !

Well i must stop talking , that a big default of mine !

What´s that music? Blue system?

You should give the rockets a bigger splash damage range and more power.

One particle explosion looked a little cheap, because of the "non" transparent particles which were flying away.

The Power is set in WED but I think that Realspawn set it lower then I had it for better testing.
I´ll add "splash damage" now

I made them more transparent now
