"yes.that is true !
i think i will re-build the engine in irrlicht3D."

I don't want to influence you at all
I repeat it was only one example, another very known engine is Ogre3D
it has more things than Irrlicht (lot of materials more and texturing functions) ,
prooved commercial games made with it and also easy to program (is juts that the compiler/environment ask a bit more things to do to install them)

chek this
materials

projects

Another as easy as Blitz3D SDK and as simple commands as it is
TrueVision3D , but i don't know it license allows people seeling games with
a tool that you sell ?

I repeat i don't want ot influence you at all , just ask to some open mind people (like Frank_G and some others ...)
what they think , and see if the engine allow you to make a product that people
will use to sell games ?

Just take some days to try some simple tutorials of some engines and
see if it is ok

Hey I don't know about your project legal or not. I do not care much for Blitz. However, this puki guy is really crazy with his rants on that forum. What he does can be considered illegal in most countries. Think with such community as on the blitz forum you don't have to think long about leaving.

sure.

i decided to re-build the engine with DX9 support. than wasting time with OLD DX7 .. becasue in the next update version..i need to spent more time to convert this to DX9.

i already tried TrueVision3D.. but i think its not suitable for this type of project..

can you guys give me a suggestion please ? Orge3D / irrlicht is best ?
i heared that Ogre3D have nice features.. but..is it very hard to program in Ogre3D ?

thanks.
[sorry for more posts.]
[also the DX7 Blitz Version Will Still Remain Until The Development Is Finished]

Yes OGRE is hard to programm !
I think Irrlicht is better cause it is a bit easily and a good engine.
and yes you are right you can get a action against him

ACKNEX007: I think you should definitely consider moving to Irrlicht or Ogre in this case. Wrapping the features of a commercial engine, even if it's through a scripting engine, is not good. Think about it this way: How would you feel if you spent many long years developing and supporting a product, only to find someone profiting from your work and claiming it as their own? This is no doubt the case with BRL, and if you want to avoid any copyright issues, moving to Irrlight/Ogre would definitely be a smart choice.

P.S. I am the original developer of the scripting engine used here, and honestly I'm not happy at all that it's being used to rip off the hard work of BRL.

True, it's certainly not nice to publish someone's pictures on a forum, but if you decide to take any legal action against this (if that's possible), keep in mind you might have a tough really time considering you yourself have broken international copyright law.

Just out of curiosity, how?

I think that it would be much wiser for Acknex007 to create a game that would sell like hotcakes. Then there would be no question of legality involved, instead everybody would pay for playing his game. It's very-very tough to create a 3dEngine, as its already very hard to create one and it would be even hard to support further development. And in this case where you dont have the source of the engine itself, there is no chance that there would be money in it.

There have been means, of this kind of functionality to hack other peoples work but its a very short life for such products. I would like that you stop this kind of activity pronto.

Better take my advice and invest your energy into creating a very good game so that you and everybody else is proud of.
