i guess if you live in the perfect/clean/steril neighborhood/town then the roads are perfect but most normal people live in a place were the roads are cracked or new. i don't know i gues its personal taste but i think it would help, also people and or cars would defiinitly be good i think it would help alot.

Wait, there isn't a "Make My Game Now" button?

Lots of "normal" people live where I do. I don't live in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory nor am I an Oompa Loompa. We have cracked roads that are light and cracked roads that are dark. We also have new roads that are crack free that are dark and light. I live in a huge city with lots of newly reconstructed highways and not under the ocean in a dome.

i think the biggest thing is the road, it should have some cracks or something. i mean no road is like that, if its brand new it should be dark, if its old it should be light and cracked.

It's only dark when new if asphalt is used. Not all new roads use asphalt and the newly reconstructed roads I drive on everyday are light colored and crack free and dirt/grime/oil free (for now).

You NEVER EVER should compare relism with video games/comics/fairytales. Thatīs a failure. You canīt say "but itīs like this or that". You must see how the customer wants it. And I think the guys at GTA did it right.

A photo of a street is boring. A screenshot from gta is interesting.

I've tried to improve the road with some brighter parts in the middle, because I don't like the cracked streets idea. In the evening I'll show a new screen.

[EDIT]: Here the new screenshot. Only improved it a litte:

Thanks If I find time to add a lot more buildings and object I will make a demo of it, maybe with my multiplayer code...

I tried to improve the lighting in the level and played with the material settings. Here the results:

That's a fallacy, and I a person can do so if they please.
