Your HD didn't crash BTW. You were just using copyright that was not yours to use, that's all!
Nintendo regularly sends out Black Ice that destroys any content on non-licensed computers dealing with their copyright. Their DataPhages have been known to be a bit "agressive" and bring down the entire hardware associated with illegal use of copyright. So when it sensed your Zelda content, analyzed it, determined it was not "fair use, and went in to delete it, it brought down your entire system by accident.
Sure, you "could" sue Nintendo for this heinous acts, but others who have tried have had to admit to having used Nintendo copyright illegally and the case never goes further.
