I just purchased Dynalights 2 days ago and still have not got the access to the download. I've e-mailed them several times. Are they legit or should I contact my lawyer?

Usually a lawyer cost more than dynalight. Anyways the last update or news on their site is dated: 5 August 2006 maybe they not update the site very often? Guess if you paid by credit card you can call your credit card company and request a chargeback, that is if the software company can't deliver the product you've paid for. I do like to advise you not to say your going to get a lawyer after two days.

Be patient (the owner could be sick, on vacation) and if 5 business passed with no response, consult the credit card company. Some online stores just say: well go ahead, get your lawyer and not speak with you anymore. Everything then goes via laywers and become very expensive

Contacting a lawyer for something like this falls into the realm of overkill and clogging the system. This can be worked out without having to waste everyone's time with frivolous lawsuits.

Thought I'd better confirm that the DynaLights tool site is still active and that the order in question was filled. I should also mention that the reply email going out upon ordering says that it may take a few days to fill the order. It took about 48 hours not counting the weekend days I was gone.

As always I'm glad to help out with the great 3DGS community even though work has been taking my attention in other directions lately.

I should also mention that an update is in the works with no promises about a release date.
